Google migrating older AdSense accounts

Google is slowly starting the migration of older AdSense accounts to a "Google Account".
Users will see a wizard once they login that will guide them through the process.
Currently it's not possible to use the same login to an email address that is already being used as a login for AdWords or another AdSense account.
